LTDA.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Marzo 27 de 1983<\/strong>,\u00a0Seg\u00fan Acta\u00a0 No.12 del 27\u00a0 de Marzo de 1983, con la asistencia del 65% de los 70 asociados inscritos se reforman de nuevo los estatutos para\u00a0 darle el nombre\u00a0 que\u00a0 hoy\u00a0 ostenta nuestra\u00a0 Cooperativa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>2025,\u00a0 <\/strong>Actualmente la Cooperativa cuenta con 400\u00a0 asociados \u00a0y con Activos de \u00a0m\u00e1s de \u00a0$1.600 millones, de nuestros\u00a0 43 socios\u00a0 fundadores\u00a0 los\u00a0 se\u00f1ores Sa\u00fal\u00a0 Silva\u00a0 y Jairo James Gonzales\u00a0 aun nos acompa\u00f1an como socios\u00a0 Responder\u00e1 ante la Asamblea General y ante la autoridad competente por el incumplimiento de sus funciones.
